Thank you for shopping at Boothman Concept. We pride ourselves on offering premium quality and impeccable craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the absolute right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • This 14-day cancellation window begins the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear, written statement via email to support@boothmanconcept.store before the 14 days have elapsed.

  • Once you have notified us, you must return the items to our designated UK return address without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation.

  • To eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all luxury tags and original packaging fully intact.

2. Refund Timeline & Delivery Costs

  • Upon receiving and verifying the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt (or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been sent back).

  • Your refund will include the total amount paid for the goods, alongside the cost of our standard delivery charge. Please note that if you opted for an enhanced, premium, or express delivery service, only the standard delivery rate will be reimbursed.

  • Deductions may be made from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling by you beyond what is strictly required to establish their nature and characteristics.

  • All refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilised for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods

We hold our collections to the highest standards. However, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, your rights are firmly protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery (Short-Term Right to Reject): If the goods are faulty, you are entitled to an immediate full refund, or a repair/replacement if you prefer.

  • After 30 Days but Within 6 Months: If a fault develops after the initial 30 days, you are entitled to request a repair or replacement free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced successfully, you then have the right to a price reduction or a full refund.

  • Return Expenses for Faulty Goods: Boothman Concept will cover or fully reimburse all reasonable return postage costs for items verified as faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
