1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer two distinct delivery services for all UK Mainland addresses. All delivery estimates are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays), starting from the day after your order is dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery (Free)

    • Cost: £0.00 (Completely Free of Charge)

    • Delivery Timeframe: 5 to 12 working days

    • Service Description: A fully tracked, reliable delivery service ideal for non-urgent purchases.

  • Express Delivery

    • Cost: £4.95 (Calculated at checkout)

    • Delivery Timeframe: 5 to 8 working days

    • Service Description: An accelerated, prioritised service featuring comprehensive end-to-end tracking and SMS notification updates.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been successfully authorised.

  • Once your package has left our fulfilment centre, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

3. Delays & Lost Shipments

  • While we make every effort to adhere strictly to our stated timeframes, external factors such as severe weather conditions, postal strikes, or peak seasonal volumes may occasionally cause minor delays.

  • In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are legally required to deliver your goods within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless a different timeframe was explicitly agreed upon. If your order does not arrive within this absolute limit, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund.

  • If your tracking details indicate that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it remains stagnant for a prolonged period, please contact our support team immediately at support@boothmanconcept.store.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout. If no one is available to sign for or accept the package, the courier may leave your parcel in a designated safe place, drop it with a neighbour, or return it to a local sorting office.

  • A physical card will be left at your address detailing exactly how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because it was repeatedly unclaimed or because an incorrect delivery address was provided, we reserve the right to charge a nominal redelivery fee.
