SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY & ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, county, or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 3 - CONTRACT FORMATION AND PLACING AN ORDER

Order Acknowledgement: After placing an order via boothmanconcept.store, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted.
Contract Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order takes place only when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. If your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate, unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment gateways. Your card will be debited immediately upon order confirmation.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY, RISK, AND OWNERSHIP

30-Day Delivery Guarantee: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless we agree a specific delivery date with you, delivery of goods will occur without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which the Contract is entered into.
Passing of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains strictly with Boothman Concept until the physical products are delivered into your possession (or into the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery). Risk only passes to you upon delivery.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel your contract without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period: This statutory right expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
Notification: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement by emailing support@boothmanconcept.store.
Refund Timeline: If you cancel this Contract within the cooling-off period, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery. This refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or receive evidence of return.

SECTION 7 - FAULTY GOODS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our goods are subject to the strict provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Short-Term Right to Reject (30 Days): If your goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed upon arrival, you have a statutory right to reject the goods and receive a full refund. This right must be exercised within 30 days of receiving the item.
Repair or Replacement: If a fault develops after 30 days (and within 6 months), you are entitled to a repair or a replacement in the first instance. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may then be entitled to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods for a refund.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, including text, website design, graphics, logos, images, and brand assets on boothmanconcept.store are the exclusive property of Boothman Concept. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content from this website without explicit written permission from us.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable English law.

Subject to this, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or data arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.

SECTION 10 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, their subject matter, and their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and Boothman Concept both irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
